  • >>The 2015 AFTER PROM PARTY will be held at Fun:Land on May 2-3 from midnight to 5:00 AM. All Junior and Senior students, and their guest, are invited to attend the After-Prom Party even if they are not attending prom. There will be unlimited video games, rides, go-karts, bumper cars, batting cages, laser tag, bowling, and free food all night! NO STUDENTS WILL BE ADMITTED INTO FUNLAND AFTER 1:00 AM.
       The first 300 students who purchase a prom ticket AND RETURN THEIR AFTER-PROM PERMISSION SLIP AT THE TIME THEY PURCHASE THEIR PROM TICKET will receive an After-Prom Party ticket at no additional cost.
       After-Prom Party only tickets may be purchased for $25,00 and will be on sale when prom tickets are being sold. All permission slips must be turned in at the time of ticket purchase.
       In honor of the Class of 2015, multiple cash prize drawings will be held at 15-minutes after each hour, beginning at 1:15 AM. Raffle prize drawings will begin at 4:00 AM. Students must be present to win.

  • >>Attention Juniors and Sophomores: The next COLLEGEBOARD SAT PREP CLASS will be offered at RHS on Saturdays, April 4th, April 11th, and April 18th from 9:00 am - 12:00 noon. This is a great opportunity for students registered for the May or June SAT tests. The cost is $55.00 and due to Mrs. Bohnstedt in Guidance by Wednesday, April 1st. Please make checks payable to Riverbend High School. Space is limited to 60 students. Scholarships are available for students who qualify. Click here for more information.

  • >>March is School Social Worker Awareness Month! In an effort to support the work our Social Workers do every day, RHS is COLLECTING ALARM CLOCKS to donate to the Treasure Chest, which supports our homeless students and their families. Alarm clocks can be dropped off in the RHS Main Office during the month of March.

  • >>Attention, Rising 9th & 10th Grade Girls! "WE DO MATH" SUMMER CAMP at Clemson University, June 7-12, 2015
    In our one-week "We Do Math! Camp!", students will review and utilize algebraic and geometric concepts while working on critical thinking and problem solving skills. Students will engage in hands-on activities led by Clemson University faculty and graduate students.

The RHS Webstore is available to pay class dues, sports fees, and other bills associated with school. Please note: There is a 5.5% fee for using this site.

  • The make-up day for February 26, 2015 will be April 3, 2015.  April 3 is an "A DAY" and will be the last day of the third grading period.
    You will need to have a photo ID to pick up the activation key.  Parents/guardians who are unable to stop by their child's school, please contact your child's school for assistance. More...
